Online training is for the person that wants guidance, instruction and accountability without paying for one-on-one training.
All Online Training Programs include:
1. Personal Metabolic Profile
The Personal Metabolic Profile explains in detail how many calories are required to maintain your current weight, as well as how many calories are required to reach your goals.
2. Personalised Training Program
You’ll receive a Personalised Training Program designed specifically for you targeted at toning up the areas you want!
It will be based on your goals, and built around your schedule and available equipment. Whether you train at home with limited equipment, or at a training facility, I will design a custom program just for you. I will provide you with a new program every 4-6 weeks.
3. Nutrition Plan
A nutrition plan designed specifically for you, to make sure that you enjoy your food and never diet again. Changes made when needed.
Never get bored with food again!
5.Supplement Consultation and Recommendation
You are not required to purchase any supplements for any of the programs. I do generally recommend the use of a couple of basic supplements to maximise endurance and recovery, but these are not required if you prefer not to use them. If you are interested, I will also recommend other effective supplements which could be used to help maximise your results based on your specific goals.
6. Weekly Updates – every week we have our full weekly check in. I analyse your nutrition, training, sleep, energy levels and even more. Changes will be made when needed.
7. Unlimited Email Support – unlimited access to me, so that you can ask questions or concerns you may have!
8. Closed Facebook Group– To share, discuss and post anything!

Fancy only coaching in Nutrition?
Online Nutrition Coaching is also for the person that has an exercise program but is missing the nutrition component. Or, whether the program that they have is for weight loss or muscle building, the right program without the right diet is worthless.
You can’t out train a bad diet. The nutrition-coaching program blends science with practicality into one easy to follow system.
With the nutrition-coaching program you are required to keep a food journal. After all, how can I help you if I don’t know what you are currently doing? Why don’t I just give you a diet to follow? I could but as the saying goes, “you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make them drink.” This program is all about educating the client and being realistic with goals I set for you. If you are eating big macs for lunch every day and all of a sudden we tell you no more big macs and only chicken and broccoli, that isn’t going to be a very realistic change.
