My name is Elka Hanglin and I am the operator to this site.
I have always been connected to fitness in one way or another. As I was growing up, sports were a big part of my life. After attending University to study Psychology, I began to have an unhealthy lifestyle for the first time! After having being bullied (not in a harmful way – but a way that made me feel bad) for being so skinny i got tired of it and decided i would make myself put on weight by eating everything in sight! I ended up piling 10 kilos in 3 months!
When i went back home after those 3 months i was being made fun of for looking like a hamster! i had put on a lot of weight around my cheeks and abdominal area.
Soon after that i started a viscious cycle of yo yo dieting, i developed a very unhealthy relationship with food and i developed an eating disorder. I would starve myself during the week, and binge on weekends. Then i would jog myself out! in order to lose the guilt!
This went on for years! I would cry when I couldn’t control myself during the weekend…cry and eat at the same time, telling myself it would be the last one I would have – but something inside of me wouldn’t let me. And it just kept going until I felt physically sick!
I still looked fairly slim, but i wasn’t healthy in body or mind!
I knew i needed a change….
It wasnt until i began to become interested in nutrition that things really changed. I hated doing these crazy diets every time I wanted to look good again.
I began to study nutrition and fitness and learned A LOT! once i put everything into practice, that’s when started seeing my body transform.
I loved the knowledge that I was gaining and decided that I wanted to learn more. I became a certified Elite Personal Trainer and continued to study the world of nutrition.

Since taking so many courses, I have gained extensive amounts of knowledge that will CHANGE your physique FOREVER! I want to share my knowledge with YOU, and with women all over the world who suffer from insecurity and struggle with every known diet on the planet! It is time to change your habits and adopt a healthy lifestyle that is so satisfying, you will find your nutrition and fitness changes EASY to adopt and wish you had met me sooner!
My philosophy is about making a decision to change your life and taking the necessary steps to make it happen. Changing your life is a journey, and i will be here to support you and motivate you whether you are looking to improve strength or body composition.
